StudioFractal were engaged by Land Securities to bring technical sophistication to the lighting within the high-specification refurbishment of 123 Victoria Street. Focussing on the exterior facades, the retail arcade, communal zones and two new reception lobbies, the lighting complements the stylish interiors to create a welcoming ambience for new tenants and visitors to the remodelled Central London offices.

A defining feature of the renovation is the bespoke Corian ceiling covering the adjoining retail arcade. High performing low energy LEDs are interwoven with the luminescent material, hidden from view to create a rhythm of glowing arcs that wash light across its undulating form.
