Working to a brief which encouraged an innovative re-interpretation of the contemporary workplace, StudioFractal have developed a lighting approach that draws inspiration from high-end residential and hospitality designs. Working closely with the design team, the resultant interiors exude a warmth and sophistication that stands out for its approach.

Undulating levels of light are achieved throughout via subtle accent lighting to materials, artwork and eye-catching feature luminaires. Carefully resolved detailing ensures lighting is concealed, ensuring the eye is drawn to the sophisticated materials palette.

The comprehensive lighting scheme comprised all amenity areas, notably reception, atrium, washroom and changing areas, as well as terraces on multiple levels. The project has been recognised with an Outstanding BREEAM rating.
