Working closely with the client and architects, StudioFractal successfully implemented a comprehensive Lighting Strategy that balanced the requirements of all three aspects to help create a unique environment in central London.

The lighting design scope includes entrance lobbies, receptions, residential apartments, circulation areas, external facades, connecting public realm and an outline strategy to provide quality illumination to the workplace environment.

The project has received high acclaim for its fascinating mix of buildings incorporating both workplace and residential around the newly developed public spaces, connecting to the intricate network of streets around St James’s Park.
